I’m Carolyn Wagner, MA, LCPC, a licensed clinical professional counselor and psychotherapist in Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Vermont, and Wisconsin. I specialize in CBT-I because I know firsthand how sleep loss can unravel your life—and how empowering it is to get it back.

What You Can Expect in Our Work Together
Cost & Commitment
I provide CBT-I in a package format. The package includes a total of 5 sessions. The first session is an intake and assessment where we will determine exactly what is going on with your sleep and discuss the specific plan we are going to follow to address your struggles. There are then 4 additional treatment sessions. Each of these sessions are spread out over the course of about 10 weeks.
The price for the package, including unlimited access to me between sessions via email and Voxer, is $1000. I do not accept insurance, but you are welcome to use your HSA/FSA card. I can also provide documentation to seek potential out-of-network reimbursement.
